Bias Frames can be reused. I would suggest re-taking them every 3 months just to be sure (and as they are so quick), but a great EverydayAstro Tip is to just keep reusing the same Bias frames. Don't adjust focus or your camera rotation. Keep everything exactly the same as it was when you took your light frames....
